If you could open any sort of restaurant, what would it be like?
This is the kind of place I'd like to exist. Actually opening one is beyond me.
- It would only serve all kinds of yummy vegan food from the crazy healthy raw stuff through to evil deep fried stuff and also complicated desserts that I can never be bothered making
- Serves excellent coffee with your choice of soy milk, rice milk or whatever other fake-milk is available
- Has a ridiculously large selection of tea
- Makes its own juice
- Open from early in the morning, to late at night
- Late, you can get tasty bar snacks to accompany the huge variety of (vegan!) alcoholic beverages
- Has a really lovely spacious outdoor courtyard with trees and lots of overgrown plants and comfy seats
- A lot of different seating inside - tables for dining, comfy booths, bar seating, interesting nooks and different rooms
- Situated, at the longest, 5 minutes walk from my current abode and work
So will anyone open this in Auckland for me? Cheers.
